Wise Rules International School recently celebrated its much-anticipated Fruit Week, and it was a colorful, exciting, and educational experience for our students.
The event was organized to promote healthy eating habits and to educate learners on the importance of fruits in maintaining a strong and healthy body. Throughout the week, students from the Early Years to Junior High actively participated in various fruit-related activities designed to make learning both fun and practical.

During the celebration, students were introduced to different types of fruits, their nutritional benefits, and how they help in boosting immunity, improving digestion, and promoting overall well-being. One of the highlights of Fruit Week was the fruit exhibition and sharing session. Students proudly brought a variety of fruits such as oranges, bananas, pineapples, apples, watermelons, and pawpaw. They learned how to identify fruits, describe their colors and textures, and explain their health benefits.
The younger learners participated in fruit coloring, sorting, and tasting activities, while older students engaged in presentations and short talks about nutrition and healthy living.
