Obtain Admission Form

Parents or guardians are required to visit the school office to collect the admission form. Our friendly admissions team is always available to assist with inquiries about programs, class placement, and school requirements.

Complete & Submit Application

After carefully completing the admission form, parents must submit it together with the required documents. This helps the school properly assess the academic background and placement needs of each child.

Required Documents Include:

  • Birth certificate of the child

  • Recent passport-sized photographs

  • Previous school academic reports (if transferring from another school)

  • Any relevant medical or health information (if necessary)
